From one room in Belo Horizonte to the top of the world
1994. Marcílio Saliba opens a single room on Rua Cláudio Manoel, in Belo Horizonte, to distribute a Japanese brand in Brazil: Shin Nippon.
2014. REXXAM, a Japanese company founded in 1960, with more than 3,000 employees and the manufacturer of the Shin Nippon line since 1993, takes over the brand. Suplimed does not have to change suppliers: it stays with the same factory, now under the name of the company that had been behind the equipment all along.
2023. On the 30th anniversary of the partnership, Shinji Okano, president of REXXAM, confirms in writing: Suplimed is the brand’s largest seller in the world. The letter hangs framed at our headquarters.
2024. MICROCLEAR and JTAG join the portfolio. In the first year of the partnership, Suplimed becomes the world’s No. 1 in MICROCLEAR sales.
2025. MOPTIM arrives, and Suplimed is the world’s No. 1 in its first year. MICROCLEAR repeats the title. Three brands led at the same time.
2026. Suplimed begins representing Italy’s CSO, France’s Quantel Medical and Australia’s Ellex in Brazil.
Today. No distributor on the planet sells more REXXAM, MICROCLEAR and MOPTIM.
